Usually, we expect a movie sequel will do worse than the original, and new edition of a book on the other hand, will be at least as good as the original. right? Not so for this book. I really like the 1st edition - there are reasons behind each recipe, and the authors take time to explain why it is so. The 2nd editon however, throwed all those goodies away, and pile over 1000 pages together in such a hurry and dry Q&A fashion. I am very very disappointed.
